Health Secretary Wes Streeting praised efforts by health agencies, schools, and the public in responding to a meningitis outbreak in Kent that has caused two deaths. Confirmed cases dropped to 20, with 16 involving university students and four secondary school students. A targeted vaccination and antibiotic program has reached over 22,000 people.
